CY-Candy cane production line

The front end of the line consists of CY-98 heat preservation batch roller and rope sizer, CY-260 rubbing machine and a conveyor belt. The back end can be connected to a candy cane forming machine, a windmill lollipop forming machine or a manual workstation.
The batch roller and rope sizer work together to pull and shape the cooked and cooled sugar mixture into long, thin strips, similar to noodles, sugar rope.
Then send the sugar rope to CY-260 rubbing machine, knead the mixed sugar rope again and knead them fine. Once the desired texture and color are achieved, our innovative CY-260 rubbing machine blends and cuts the sugar rope, preparing them for the creation of candy canes or windmill lollipops.
For utmost flexibility, after CY-260 rubbing machine can be customized to accommodate different types of conveyor belts, catering to the unique requirements and factory layouts of our valued customers.
